I’m Kali. Wife, mother, photographer, collector of rocks, vintage dishes and cameras. I have ridiculously thick hair which I wear in a ponytail far too often. I like to snowboard and hike and bake. I keep trying to learn to surf but the water here is just too damn cold. I grew up in Kansas and Florida. I love the rolling plains as much as I love the ocean and the mountains. I like music festivals and road trips. I want to have chickens in our backyard because I remember gathering eggs for breakfast with my great grandmother and I want my daughter to have that experience too.
I take photographs for a living and I promise that I didn’t just pick up a camera yesterday. I shoot primarily in digital but if you like the look of film (I know I do) then let’s me know – we can certainly throw some film into the mix.
